Subscription Details

An all-inclusive monthly subscription rate provides smooth operational budgeting for customers along with great services provided by Five Talent Software. The services that come along with a subscription include:

• One hour of technical support by phone per month
• Unlimited technical support by email and online forums
• One custom report per year
• Three one-hour training calls per year

Offline access

Much of the operational advantage of the Five Talent Church comes from its centralized, web-based nature. However, some churches may need to use the system in disconnected environments (for example, when Internet access is not available). An offline version of Five Talent Church is available for these scenarios, at a 30% premium to reflect the correspondingly-higher deployment and support costs. Offline versions are only available to churches with less than 250 people, and the minimum cost is $30/month for churches less than 50 people.

Prepayment discounts

A 10% discount is provided to those customers who wish to prepay for their yearly subscription. An 8% discount is provided to those customers who wish to prepay semi-annually and a 4% discount is provided to those customers who wish to prepay quarterly.
