The reporting functionality in Five Talent Church is very flexible! Five Talent Church comes with about 30 predefined report templates or you can choose to create your own report. You can create your own report by selecting the information you wish to display and create a criterion on that information to narrow down the results. You can also group your results and total your data. A report can be displayed in a graphical representation, or it can be printed or exported to a file. The supported exporting formats include: PDF, Excel, Word, and a Comma Delimited File. Some of the predefined report templates include:
- Church directory with photos
- People grouped by spiritual gift
- Activity attendance chart for the last year
- Employee list with vacation time and sick time
- Vendor invoice amounts for the last year
- Account balance year to date
- Account balances my month
- Account transactions for the month
